I think it may be the opposite. MM seems to be more run / gadget oriented, wich I believe our current roster could do quite well.

If we start to take on MM's offensive persona, there won't be any need for TO. Anyone care to share their thoughts?

i have a feeling about brooks

i think T.O. has been an option before mularky joined up. I also think we may be looking at A brooks as a fa qb. MM made kordell look good maybe he can resurrect T.o. and A brooks.

TO doesnt need to be resurrected. He was always good. Just he cant shut up.

I am also thinking that second tier guys like Brooks, McCown, Kitna, Ramsey, McNair, etc might be targeted rather than an elite FA where we have to give up a lot or trying to make a move in the draft and that be our main guy. I do think that someone will be drafted, but on the second day...

TO, until he signs somewhere will be rumored to be coming here because of Saban's comments and Saban's strength as a coach, but I don't think that Saban is too worried about TO...if TO comes to Saban after FA starts, and he can sign a minimum contract, perhaps, but Saban won't go out of his way for him...JMHO....

I just heard on the radio this morning that T.O. recently visited Chicago to meet with the Bears' G.M., Jerry Angelo. Not that this has any bearing on where he'll play, but Chicago does seem to be a perfect fit...

I think it means Randel El will be here, not TO!

I wouldn't mind having Randel El here at all, but is he going to be looking for big money? I dont think he is worth too much. It would be nice, however, to have him and Welker on an offense. They are both speedy and shifty and we could probably come up with some good plays to get them both involved.

It will still be less money then TO will be looking for.;)

After watching the Steelers game yesterday, I don't know if Mularky is that gadget oriented. Maybe Cowher is. They seem to like their trick plays in Pittsburgh.

How could any OC not want TO on his team. In terms of offensive productivity it's a win-win. Now, team chemistry wise, it might be a whole different thing. But, I'd be willing to bet any OC worth his salt is having wet dreams about getting TO.

All TO needs to be a great player in this game is some duct tape and a rag to stick in his mouth. If you gag him he'd be the most wanted WR in the game. I think Saban can be that gag.

I know somebody made the comparison but Dillon went to NE and I dont think I've seen a Dillon interview since.

Wether MM coming here makes it more likely, I dont think it much matters. I think that if Nick wants to bring TO in how could MM say he doesn't want a great reciever like that??

I think that radio interview that we listened to on ESPN radio was Saban reaching out to TO just the same way he did when he said in another interview that he'd love to talk to Ricky. If you look that the pattern of what happend with Ricky its a mirror image.

Good point. If we could bring in Randel El and maybe a lineman like Hutchinson...then somehow get a qb via trade or draft then we would be looking pretty good on offense.

Did anyone see that brief little interview of him at the Heat game?

I don't think there is any way possible that Saban hires him.

He isn't a young guy anymore, and his track record is proven and indisputable..:fire: .
