Does Ricky miss 4 games or 4 Weeks?

I just had a question, does Ricky miss the first 4 weeks or does he miss the first 4 games? The Dolphins' bye week is week 4, so will he be able to return to the lineup on week 5? This means that he only misses 3 games.
