Could it be possible that Harrington is getting starts to spell an injured Culpepper all while increasing his stock?

Maybe Saban try's to trade Harrington for a starter this season. Randy Moss might be a big option or maybe J. Porter. Harrington would also be a good fit for Tampa. Some secondary/OL help would be nice too.

Just a thought.....

hhahaha

hahah you want randy moss. thats a joke. the only saving grace to your crappy team is chris chambers. you are gonna pull in a guy that will take him and your teams down. face it bro the dolphins have no hope.

Did I ever say a one for one trade? Obviously there would be different components to each trade. The main line of thinking is that Saban may be increasing Harrington's trade value for the future, maybe even the near future.

Saban has his little red flag up his sleeve. Thats about all.

as an outside (jets) fan, i would suggest trading for either:

1. OL

2. Draft picks to be spent on OL.

That simple.

I was hoping it would be a pink slip for Mularkly.

So long, and thanks for all the fish.

I have a feeling that if Linehan was still the OC that the transition for DC would have been a bit smoother.

That, and I know I'm beating a dead horse, but all the running plays out of the shotgun and screens are just baffling...

I mean does he not think we can out-execute the other team? It's seems as if he feels we have to trick them.

/end rant ... for now

Nick Mangold we should have traded down and taken you plus xtra picks
in last years draft...but since thats done...Why dont you just come on down to Miami AND PLAY FOR US:eek:

WE CAN TRADE A REAL GREAT SAFETY/CB...WE ARE EVEN RESTING HIM FOR YOU SO THAT HE WILL BE AT 100%.

plus he does a lot of playbook studying

":read:J ALLEN AT HIS BEST"

If joey excells, that is a possibility. But I think Saban is going to want to see what he has with daunte before he lets go of Joey. He'll want so see what daunte is like when he's healthy.

Moss... He hasn't done anything ever since he went to the raiders. Granted, he hasn't had a qb but even still he hasn't done anything.

He needs to stuff that flag with a roll of quarters then chuck it at the next ref that blows a call, Orlando Brown style!

I saw we trade Duante and Cleo and LJ Shelton to Oakland for thier first pick next year which I am guessing will be the #1 overall. Duante and Moss together again.

I think that there are many posters here that are a little too obsessed with Saban playing mind games and creating calculated smokescreens. The fact is that Daunte came back too soon which is painfully obvious when you watch him play. Any former QB who has done a Miami game has picked him apart for not dropping back quickly enough and not planting firmly on his right leg. The reason we are seeing Joey is as plain as day, Culpeppers not ready and there is no use in letting him take a beating behind this line until he can at least move around. Sorry to dissapoint everyone but this is not a setup or a calculated smokescreen, it's simply a healthy QB replacing an injured QB.
