does satele could be our starting center this year ?

I certainly hope so.. Miami has needed a good center since Jeff Dellenbach and Dwight Stephenson..

Houck better work his magic on Samson and get his arse into gear.. FAST !

Or none of our first day picks will start on the team . Beck wont start right away, Ginn is a special teamer, and Booker is a 3rd down back..

He might be able to start. He seems like a big kid, and is good at getting to the second level from the various sources I've read.
 
If he can start Hadnot can move back to Left Guard. Then all we have to worry about is LT (Alibi better come through).

Actually the line might look like this:

LT- Carey
LG- Hadnot
C- Satele
RG-Shelton
RT-Alabi

This could be a possible scenario I thought of after seeing this on www.KFFL.com

He played better at guard at UH where h ecould pull for screens and such. He loves to run people over. I should know I am a UH fan in Hawaii..

In high school they won state champions two years in a row running 98% of the time. He was mr plow...

Actually no sarcasm, I really like this draft. We didn't draft the flashy players and we actually drafted a QB for once. I like the idea of drafting a QB with our 2nd instead of trading our 2nd for the likes of Feeley. (Albiet I still want DC on this team). I liked the pick of satele, our weakness is our centers decision making. Ginn makes us much more dangerous in kick off returns, and unlike booker and chambers is extremely fast. Chambers is much better in the slot he wasnt suited for that burner route the team had him doing last year, Ginn is.

Except maybe 2 years ago where we got Brown and Crowder. I cant think of a better draft. And depending on how beck pans out this could be the best draft since we drafted Taylor.

Please what do you think Ted Ginn Jr. is? We drafted WR, QB, and RB. You cannot get more flashy than that.

You sound like Dave honestly in 2003, what a bunch of mularkey.

The first three picks are good players, the first one was a bad choice over someone I thought would have been a great fit, but not a bad player. There's a big difference...

Booker was a surprise to me as Ronnie is an every down back and needs no compliment. He needs a backup much like himself.
 
Ok then who ronnie's backup then? Who is like him, no one. You want to bank on ricky being reinstated and staying reinstated.

Quinn was the so called "sexy" pick, thats flashy. If our guys had Beck rated over quinn why take quinn. Quinn is inaccurate and doesnt read the entire field, that sounds more like fiedler than beck does. Oh and quinn isnt the most mobile QB, yeah your right he was a great pick for the dolphins, cause we need a strong armed, inaccurate QB that doesn't read defenses to well. But you know draft pundits are always right. I mean some said Leif would go before Manning and both were sure fire QB's. If anything quinn was far from a great fit. Our best fit would be a QB like v. young or russel. And if Quinn was so great why did he choose to skip the combine. Cause if anything it would have hurt his stock.
 
Ok, well back to the topic of the thread, I see Satele being moved to left guard and Rex remaining at center.
