Watching the press conference and seeing all the blunders Coach Tony makes. It only brings back flashbacks of Wannestant. He even looks like an older battle beaten version of Big Dave.

Why doesnt Bill Parcells be the one and only voice. It is obvious that Tony Sporano does not like being in front of a microphone and it would only hurt our position if he is allowed to speak.

He is not fooling nobody. He is just an over glamorized offensive line coach who is about to get the gift of a lifetime in Jake Long to play with.

Just an observation. Wannestant had a pretty good winning record if I recall.

I've read some hard to understand nonsense in my life, but this is the most ridiculous post of all time. Dude, please don't do this anymore.:(

His "stache" is very Wannstadt like isnt it. It was actually the first thing I thought of when I saw his first Press Conference

If I understand Sporano correctly in his press conference he said.

"If you want to be a Miami Dolphin you have to have makeup"?

The only makeup guy on the team is Jason Taylor.

Brady Quinn would also have the makeup for the team but we would have to trade for him. :sidelol:

Sorry but I don't see it. Only thing they have in common is that they have a mustache.

You seem to think very little of Sparano. A glamorized offensive line coach? Hardly. This guy has head coaching experience and has been said to be a NFL head coach in the making. Just ask the Cowboys players that were vocally upset that he was leaving the team. They loved him, listened to him and trusted him.

So what's your problem with Sparano? You don't like him b/c you think he's not good on camera? So what, who cares. The only thing Sparano needs to be good at is coaching.

The guy was a head coach at Little New Haven. Hardly big time college football. At least he has a winning record. Sporano seems like a likable guy. I know I like him 1 million percent more then SCAM CAMERON.

No I like Sporano he just reminds me of Wannestant.

I could be wrong but I just do not see a Parcells guy being that soft. IMO if Sporano will have a problem it will be because he is to hard instead of to soft.

Sounds like our new head coach "rained on your parade"

Whatever your reasons to not like the guy he is the head coach and HE will be the one in front of the cameras answering the questions and taking the heat!

As for the Tuna becoming the "one voice" as you put it
Well its not going to happen. No one in football in charge of football operations has or does go in front of the cameras and for good reason.

So whether Tony likes or dislikes being the center of attraction in front of the cameras he better get use to it

Get the soap out of your eyes dude. Wanny is the reason we're in such bad shape now. He got those records with Jimmy's leftovers. From 2000-2004 almost none of our draft picks are even in the league anymore. Of the 80+ picks Wanny had only 2 players are in the NFL now and they are back ups. Chicago went through the same thing after Wanny left. They were in the pits for years. Sparano is nothing like Wanny. If he is WE ARE IN TROUBLE!

2002 10-6 (the draft starting to catch up to him)
2003 9-7
2004 4-12 (Completely his fault) Please take note the 5 years it took to destroy the team is exactly the average length of contract a draft pick signs.

If a head coach sets out to completely destroy a team you use the DW method to do it.
