I'd be curious to see instances where either a QB sucked and then a stud WR made him look better, or a WR who sucked and then the QB made them look better.

Which is it?

The QB or the WR?

I believe it is the QB that makes the bigger difference. I say this because we have been a QB carosel the last 5 plus years and it has amazed me how some receivers can hardly catch a cold when playing with certain QB's and catch everything in site with another. Now I am sure it is a 2 way street to a certain extent but that my observation. Our recievers dropped balls right and left when Joey Harrington was QB for us especially Randy Mc Micheal, C. Chambers and Derick Hagan but caught much caught the ball much more consitently from D. Culpeper and Cleo Lemon. I beleive Chad Henne throw a receiver friendly ball compared to Chad P. and John Beck for what ever reason.

what a difficult question to answer. When you look at Moss.. he didnt do anything after he left Minny until he landed in NE. But at the same time Brady knows he can launch the ball and Moss will go up and fight for it.

A great receiver can adjust to the ball and make bad throws look good. A QB who is accurate can give receivers an opportunity to make plays.

But for me.. WRs make QBs look better than the other way around.

Because if Penny had serious receivers to throw to, we may have actually won against the Jets.

P. Sims NFL QB: “I’ve always been a believer that touchdowns in the red-zone come with receivers making great plays. The quarterback can’t make the perfect throw sometimes, teams that score the most in the red zone have receivers that make outstanding plays.”

Depends on which one you're emotionally invested in. If you are invested in the WR, everything is the QBs fault. If it's the QB, then, everything is the WRs fault. Reality runs a close second to emotion.
