Picture was taken 09/30/2013 and uploaded to twitter by user @koehlkim who spotted Martin and Incognito out at the bars and asked for a quick picture.

If you are so threatened by someone would you really be hanging out with them?

I truly beleive Incognito was genuinely blindsided by this and truly considered Martin a friend.

Wow. To be honest I don't know what to believe anymore. I'm just hoping that we'll win against Tampa but I don't expect it.
 
no and neither we nor adam shefter know all the facts, everyone is only hearing 1 side of the situation. In fact when other interviewed players say they have never seen such things or that ritchie is nothing more than a clown fooling around all the time people look for reasons as to why they would say that.
 
Who knows...who cares...I'm ready to move on, I'm tired of this whole thing already...too much conflicting information
 
One more thing in defense of Coach Philbin: with all the details from this article, how could he possibly think these two are enemies? There must be a poop somewhere, that whole situation just seems strange.

Let's notice something interesting. The terribly racist remarks were sent in April, back when Martin was unsure of whether he was playing LT or RT, was the team still courting Long then, would a draft pick take Martin's place, Richie really wanted Jake back, were they going to trade for Albert, etc.... Did this cause JM to break down under the pressure of not knowing and leave OTA's? Was Richie trying to "toughen" him up and went too far? It seems as though their relationship, if anything, improved since that point. Maybe I'm way off base, but this is what it seems like.
 
It's hard to say what's going through Martin's mind only but, it's not all that unusual to be in the company of someone who is harassing/abusing whichever term you care to use. Keep in mind that these guys are not just team mates but OL mates. That's the closest group of men on the team. Martin even professed to trying to fit in and this could be one of those moments. :idk:

I can give another example...

Husband and wives who are in an abusive relationship who are photographed together who look happy in public...

The point I am making is the photo prove nothing...and still doesn't excuse the fact that Incognito used a racist term and issued a verbal threat to Martin...
 
That picture is damming for Martin and his Mommy. How can they prove that he was afraid?
This all about money. This scheme was a way from him to step away from the game with the cash.
Right now it appears that Incog's team mates are rallying around him. The team is just trying to protect itself by suspending him.
This whole thing is going to unravel.
 
Million dollar hostile work environment lawsuit on the way. That is where JMart, and his family are at.
