Does Wayne already have the coords before HC?

Maybe Wayne signing Capers and the QB coach means they will be the coords...
and now we wait for the HC....

My choices are Tomlin or Shotty.... Youth is the way to go baby!!
Both these guys have the fire!!
Look at Minnie's D this year and considering they didn't have the big names etc... their schemes were pretty good.
Needless to say look at Shotty's work with Pennepasta-arm with the Jets... I mean he made this guy comeback POTY lol. Now Mangina wants to get rid of the QB...
Shotty makes more sense b/c with Capers you have both sides of the ball taken care of.
Then again I think very highly of Tomlin and think this guy will be the next Lovie smith. I can't believe he is taking the Bears to the NFC championship with the grossest QB in the NFL.
Im torn between both coaches but will accept whomever WH chooses. I give a slight edge to Tomlin, just b/c Im afraid Brian inherited some of Marty's madness!! LOL

Minnys run defense was great, minny's pass defense sucked.

As for Schotty...Im not sold that Penningtons arms strength was the only reason behind his dink and dunk offense. People who blame penningtons arm strength are simply making excuses, because pennington let it rip against the titans in week 1. It slowly but surely dissapeared from the offense however.

I personally rather have a defensive minded coach. Look at the Patsies today (2nd rank defense) vs Chargers (1st rank offense). Time and time again a great defense beats a great offense. So just b/c we have Capers doesnt mean that bringing in another coach with a Defense background is a bad thing.
While I will say this, our offense is pathetic!!! I was not happy when they got Moolarkey last year and I hope that they atleast make a change there. Linehan did a fantastic job prior to that.

The Jets offense was always good with a healthy Pennington. Problem was he wasn't healthy very often. He was usually hurt and out or playing hurt. Too many people are giving credit where credit isn't due. The biggest reason for the Jets success this year was PENNINGTON!!! D'Brickashaw Fergusson and Nick Mangold coming in and playing well helped. If Pennington was interviewing for a coaching position you just might have something.
