If he signs, Ronnie will follow him right away I guess.
France is just afraid that Edwards deal will be better than Ronnie's. If the 19 milions in guaranteed money the Dolphins are offering are still better than the Cleveland/Edwards deal, France and Ronnie will accept it right away. If not the Fins have to pay more.

Don't worry, it'll get done...Brown will be able to adjust to the running game quickly, however, he may have some problems getting used to Linehan's passing game and his role in it...I would suspect that they'll throw the book right at him as soon as he signs though...

I'm sure he has a copy of the playbook already. He must have gotten one during the OTAs which he attended. That's when most of the offense and terminology were installed. Mentally he should be ready to recognize his roles, he's just going to be far behind in actual performance of the offense.

I think we should start up a pool as to when everyone thinks Ronnie will sign. I'm still sticking with tomorrow...

His agent is a douche and I believe we wont get him tomorrow, I hope we do but i believe it will be on SAT. day or Sunday right before our preseason officially starts. This sucks..... I want him to be on the field already, we need him. I can now understand why Saban wanted to trade down.... these top picks our extremely expensive, I was surprised when we got all the players we did in the offseason and still am, at the rate we are going we wont be able to sign Ronnie EVER.......

Whats the worst case, we dont sign Ronnie, and he goes back into next years draft, and he will plumet. Him and his agent know this. We will loose our second pick, since we didnt sign Ronnie, but I would rather have that happen, then pay 20 mil +.

We got Ricky, so they have no leverage (Ronnie and his agent), to try to get us to move higher on our money. DAMN, I love having Randy in the FO! No more getting bent in Miami! AWESOME!
