At what point and why in your life did you become a Dolfan? Me i've been a fan for as long as i can remember groing up in so. fla my dads crazi with the dolfins lol. i was curious about other?:dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins:

Was it when my neck, or my belly button was coming out of the cervix, I can't remember. :confused:
 
since no team in Oklahoma, I could choose my fave NFL team

when I was like 9 (in 99) I was a QB for my football team and I wanted someone to look up to, my College hero being Josh Heupel at OU, and I wanted one from the pros. Then i kept on hearing about some Dan Marino guy on Sportscenter so I tuned in on ever game that was on. Sadly it was his final year, but it made me a fan enough to follow them

I am now a DIE HARD Phin fan and will root for them proudly when that season comes that we are 0-16 :)

EDIT: not that will ever happen
 
I'm a dolphin fan since 1996 when Jimmy Johnson took over.
 
Next season will be my 14th year as a Dolfan.

It's all b/c of Dan Marino.

I don't know why I liked him, or what about him I liked, or even when I first saw him. But he stuck with me, and that's that.

I don't ask questions when it comes to football. I just go with it :cool:

I remember rooting for the Dolphins in my mother's womb in 1971. I have pictures of me in a Csonka jersey as a little kid. Always been a fan.

watching Bob Griese play with glasses when I was 6. Never turned back even in the dark years in the late 80's
 
as a kid since the early 90s I loved Dan Marino and that developed into an obsession for the Dolphins and sort of i guess the sport of football itself
 
i was a Redskins fan (because my dad is from Maryland, so he is a die hard fan) until i was about 6 ( i still root for them when they're not playing Miami), but then i thought the Dolphins had a cool mascot and cool colors, so i started rooting for them around 93. i only became an obsessive fan in the last 5 years or so, its kind of hard to get excited about offensive coordinators and draft prospects at age 9. haha.

it was when i was young and the colts was still baltimore, dad turned the channel to see the colts and miami was playing them ... i watched dan play for the first time,he did an interview after the game but is been so long .. its fuzzy! but ever since i have been hooked, even thinking of moving to miami.. just so i can b close,now thats dedication! only one thing to do before i kick the bucket and thats buy a football and have dan to sign it right in front of me,with a pic.. something i wanted for a long time!
 
Since Marinos rookie season.
Just wish Sunday Ticket would have been around then, so I could have seen more of him in his first few seasons. Of course, I was only in the 3rd grade so I wouldnt have been able to afford it anyways.
