Now, I have long had the ability to read and see some interesting mocks. Someone are better than others. But remember that there never exists a mock there are 100% correct. This one will certainly not stand out from the crowd. We all have our own ideas about what individual items is missing on this team, and here I have my own ideas.

This draft is based on picks between number 10 and 20 overall.
Underclassmen added.

#1 Round Pick (13): Rey Maualuga Sr. ILB, USC.
Height: 6-2 | Weight: 260 | 40-Time: 4.75

I have seen innumerable mock drafts recent months with the election of a cornerback here.
While I do not see the need to draft a cornerback in the middle of the first round, so instead, my choice fell on ILB Rey Maualuga from the USC Trojans. An interesting choice in many ways, which also will upgrade a important place in the team when the need is (perhaps) more than at other positions.
The choice is also in good taste of Bill Parcels and Jeff Ireland, so it is certainly not unlikely that Miami could take the great and fast linebacker from USC. Rey Maualuga is known for his physical play and hard hits and is generally in my own opinion, the best ILB in the country. His flexibility also fits very well in the 3-4 scheme. So according to the form he is an obvious choice.
With the addition of the underclassmen’s, Rey Maualuga could be pushed down on the list. So he is difficult to assess, but just a middle choice IMO.

Another type ILB which could result Rey across the way is James Laurinaitis, but he is likely to be away with just Rey Maualuga before the Dolphins should draft. It all depends on our overall ranking. But without going into too much detail, he is now my preferred choice for our first round pick.

#2 Round Pick (44): Brandon Tate Sr. WR, North Carolina.
Height: 6-1 | Weight: 195 | 40-Time: 4.50
I haven’t seen a mock draft with Brandon Tate to us. To the great surprise for me! This boy is definitely a high draft pick worthy, and I think his lack of attention is due to his injury which he incurred later this season.
Regardless of injury or not, he has many important factors we can use. He has "solid" height (nothing spectacular) and some real good hands. He can return the ball at different ways, which may mean we can move Ted Ginn Jr. around at our own needs.
Brandon Tate is ranked by many experts as a high draft choice between wide recievers, and it will be interesting to see whether he ends up.

It is worth to be noticed that we have 2 choices in this round, but I believe with his talent he would be gone before we had to choose again, therefore, the choice fell on him right now. A small reach perhaps, who knows?! We have might done it before (Ginn).

There are different ways to see this election. Right now, we are perfectly with Greg Camarillo, but it is not long lasting in length with a too unstable WR corps.

See, in retrospect, Ernest Wilford has been disappointed so far and Hagans are almost recently been waived. So there is plenty of room for something new here! I like to add more talent here.

The question is whether we will draft a WR so high under Parcels? I doubt a little. But a little understated in my world!

#2 Round Pick (59): DeAngelo Smith Sr. CB, Cincinnati
Height: 6-0 | Weight: 190 | 40-Time: 4.55
To be quite honest, my knowledge is not so much about him, and we can certainly discuss a few better alternatives as Kevin Barnes, Victor Harris or Jahi-Word Daniels. But I love his last 2 years of production in college. After a strong 2007 campaign with the entire 10 interceptions, it sounds much to be something of what we seek. This guy seems to have a talent to be a ballhawk in the NFL over a little time.

He is definitely a first day choice worthy, so why not?! The need of a CB has to be made before the end of the day. And we will get a talented player out of the very little I've had seen from him. But he looked really good. Not the world's best argument I know!

Continues!!!!

#1, we won't be picking 13th, at least 20th imo. Rey Mauluga won't be there, neither will Lauranitis. I would like to draft a stud ILB, however this draft isn't exactly loaded with them. More than likely we draft an OLB, Aaron Curry, Clint Sintim would be good choices.

I doubt we pick a WR with 2a, or 2b for that matter. Our WR core is underrated and Brandon London is a star in the making. If we were to draft a WR, it wouldn't be Tate. He would be a reach imo. He probably won't get drafted until at least the 3rd. Darrius Heyward-Bey, Brian Robiskie, Louis Murphy, Demetrius Byrd, Kenny Britt are all good choices.

2b. Not a big fan of Smith. Victor Harris and Trevor Lindley are worth a look.

R & R Express: Thanks for your comment! With regard to the draft order, then it is taken from walterfootball.com from the 4th November. And I totally agree that we probably draft around 15-22 and there are both players in all probability gone. It was taken based on this stage right now.

I am perhaps one of the few who see our WR corps as a little problem. It is in no way frightening still, and has room for improvement. London has begun to deliver little, but we need to have a solid # 1 receiver. It will not be in Brandon Tate, but he can provide some help to the competition around the seats.

His injury has probably helped to damage his value, so on reflection I can follow up and see him as a potential late 3.round choice.
So somewhere, I actually disagree with myself a little over the election here! :D;)

I contemplated long Victor Harris, and has not a further comment on the choice of DeAngelo Smith. It could have been Harris as well as I chose DeAngelo. The main case is we need CB around here after my own opinion.

I can see the errors of picks in 2.round. But as long as the starting point is on November 4, then I retain the choice of Rey Maualuga.

I could possibly have choose an S early in round 2 as to continue to draft a CB in the order a little later in round 2. And then make the choice of Brandon Tate in 3 round.

It is, as mentioned previously difficult to predict who we draft, it depends a little of the underclassmen's choosing to go in the April draft.

I am still making a full 7.rounds mock, so it will be updated as fast as possible.

Thanks for comment R&R!

Regarding WR, don't pay too much attention to me. I just have a knack that Brandon London is the next Marques Colston

you got the wrong unc wr in the second round. hakeem nicks is the better fit and bet for us. i can't see this regime using that high a pick on a guy working back from an acl.

i think u are the one of the smartest people to do a mock draft... i have only seen one or two other people that have a linebacker in their draft.. i dont think we should use our first rounder on a LB (use it on CB or S) but we HAVE to get a LB.. HAVE TO!!

Good with any comments, something I really appreciate!

I can see most of the errors in my mock, and there is always room for improvement, fortunately, so it's definitely not the last from me.

I might add some mid-rounds picks.

Brandon Tate tore his ACL a couple weeks back against ND. He wont be ready to play at least until the middle of next year, there is no way he is going in the second round. If MIA were to pick him @ the 7th rd it would be a good choice but he is not going before the 5th and more than likely will drop to the 6th-7th.

Yes, I use those tools I have over the Internet. Also, I read as much as possible about it through various sites.
