we should formulate a "request" list... have each member request one or two games, that way people don't list 20 games like that one member did!

That's me trying to get the Hawks game I'm at 41% and going strong at 1-2 k/s. At this pace I'll see it next week...

I'm new to this whole Torrent Idea, but it seems really inefficient. Wouldn't something like e-mule be better? We could name the files something you couldn't search for so only FH people could find it? It would make seeding much easier and is tons less complicated for newbies...

Just a thought...
 
Also, I'm seeding the Pat's game (I think), but no takers?? I know I have more U/l to give and aren't people still looking for it??
 
The Endless Torrent (AKA the Patriot MNF FH version) has finally finished for me! I am experimenting w/ the different softwares and will seed this ASAP. I have not been able to get anything to work well other than the simple default software up to this point.

Sorry to hear that.Hope you can fix it.
 
I am beginning to suspect there is a problem with the site.If you note the stats there is no upload bw reflected on many of the leechers and seeders .Everyone should be showing some upload BW.We can only hope it will straighten itself out .

That was taken off.Only the Pats FH version ,Cowboys and last years game are been seeded for now.
 
For the newbees.We have been doing these all year and we have had fast torrents when everyone co-operates .We have some people finish them in two hours.The average is between 4-10 hrs.But we are usually working with files 700 meg in size.It is a much faster way of sharing than anything else on the net.

We have had problems with sites going down and that is the current situation.
 
where is the link to the chiefs and bills? i went back several pages, but the links posted don't work..

thats fine that you're still grabbing it.

i'm showing two seeds though and you're getting it from me at 6-9 kb/s rates.... so maybe you just saw for a short time the 1 kb/s speed.... AND there is another seeder, so who knows how fast he is getting it to you.

I am seeding the cowboys at over 60 kb/s when i'm not doing anything and the pats around the same...

i have to throttle it down a lot during the day hours though as my work requires me to use my computer and internet. i mainly throttle it up at night.

Max Power took them off because they were not working.He will come back with the '85 Bears game.Meanwhile we have to sort out these two torrentswhich are having site problems.We can only hang on until theyfix the problem.The torrents are still working but sloooooooooooooow.
 
I am currently using the Super-Seed function on BitTornado for the Patriot torrent and am also not showing any upload activity. Like no one is receiving.

Normally all the leechers are uploading at the same time as they are downloading.The Pats torrent is not showing any upload bw for the leechers.

I've been stuck at 96% for a few days... Azureus doesn't see any seeders. :( However, it has been uploading pretty consistantly.

you are probably on the old patriots torrent... there were two... the first one freezes around 97%, the second goes all the way through.... look at your filename. if it doesn't end with "FH" then you have the wrong one. (i think the old one is "HQ")

Crunch am i one of the people you show uploading the Pats game? i have a constant draw on it, during daytime around 20 kb/s and at night up near 40-60 kb/s.

FYI guys you can try Yet ABC (Another BitTorrent Clinet).... i have 2.6.9, and it takes all the features of all the other clients and puts everything in one... really easy to use and shows a lot of information.

check it out if you are having problems with your client.

i am also behind a router and firewall and had to go in and do some port forwarding...i am no expert and this probably negatively affected my possible speeds i could be achieving.

for the guys capping the games - what software are you using to cut out commercials? i have some stuff to seed that has commercials, would like to cut them out but dont' know how. which software are you using and can you share?
