Ok guys, I'm back online & I've added 2 more "classic games", a 1993 Bills game & the 1994 Marino v Montana playoff. Let me know if there are any problems with the torrents.

Also, I've seen several requests for the 1985 Bears MNF game - I have this, already in DVD format, & could have a torrent ready to go tomorrow morning. It seemed like a couple of you were working pretty hard on this & I didn't want to step on any toes & make your hard work in vain....let me know if I should get mine ready....

OK.Thanks.We need to do these two at time because of the limited BW that may be spread out between all the torrents being loaded.Of course it would help out if we have some T3 T1 or Internet 2 connections.But we may overcome that problem by assigning seeds to those with high speed connections.Obviously those who are capping shouldnt be also seeding because of any possible conflicts that might occur.I will start loading the new torrents and report any problems.
 
I'm trying to load the Chiefs game and it's not going at all. The Cowboys game is going, but it's been awfully slow... average speed 9kb/sec :(

I wish I knew why it is going so slow, I have a 1.5mbps connection and I tried some other torrents (from large torrent sites) and they go 100kb/sec+. Also I started loading the '94 Chiefs game and it has not yet connected. I'm sad. :(

also, question. can i download some, then disconnect, and continue to download the rest?

yes, you can. just save the file in the same folder you save it the first time
 
The Chiefs games just says "connecting" & has for a while...

The Cowboys game is uploading very slow, only 35kb/s, which is like a third of what I was giving on Friday... :rolleyes:

I noticed some users are downloading really fast, my brother started much later than I did and he finished Saturday night... mine is still barely 60% :( It wouldn't be so bad but he doesn't have a DVD burner so I can't get it from him without compressing it to divx. There's nothing anyone cand do, I guess I'm just ranting. :yell: :cry:

I've been trying. It's been "connecting" for well over an hour now and seeing no seeds or peers.

Aren't we going to fast? There are 3 games in DVD format, that's like 13 GB. How many of us will have the HD space to keep the games and seed them while downloading other games. Probably to download the game vs the chiefs a lot of us are going to need to burn and delete the cowboys game. that is going to make dificult to have all the games seeded, and its going to be dificult to finish for people who can't leave their computers 24/7.

I have thought about this problem.Not many fellow members can have three DVD loads in their HDs to seed.So I request that you pick only one that you may want to load and seed and report to me which is the one you choose.I will then select members to be seeders of that load.Only one DVD load seeder per member is my goal.So I will ask which one do you want to seed .We will only ask you to seed that load for one week and then e will make other arrangements..

I think that should work. Right now i don't have HD space even to complete the cowboys game. But i think i can make enough space in the next couple of days keep two fins DVDs on my HD.

Ok...makes sense.

Since the Chiefs & Bills games don't seem to work -- I'll pull those & shut them down.

I'll do the 1985 Bears MNF game & have it up at 10est time tomorrow. I'll stick with just the 2003 Cowboys & the 1985 Bears...
