good quote from zack; Thomas has no problem with change as a formula for success -- particularly since he's likely to be included among the players Cameron believes doesn't need to be replaced.

''From my first year there's no one here, and from my first five years it's just me and [Jason Taylor] left on this roster,'' Thomas said. ``I don't take that for granted and I never really want to think about leaving, to be honest with you.

``But the grass has been brown around here for a while. Hopefully it gets a little greener.''

Wow,,,I did not realize that JT is the only guy still left from Zach's first five years. I also think it is good to add some new guys, and we also have to work at getting younger. Hopefully this team will be able to get to the SB while Zach and JT are still around. :)
