The dolphins do not care what kind of product they put on the field. Ross is making money so what does he care. He wanted a nfl team ....any team. He tried to get the jets first. If they wanted to put out a competitive product they would have addressed the OL and wouldnt be benching Lamar and making up crazy reasons why he's on the bench each week.
They make a few big FA splashes to get fans excited..coaches say how much talent we have in the pre season blah blah blah...but theres no plan...looking at ALL the poor decisions made,, it's just about making money not giving the fans a good product on the field.
otherwise things would have changed.
 
I agree. The organization has no credibility and no unity. No leadership. Backbiting. Snakes. Coaches who hate each other. Gms being demoted into oblivion. If I was a free agent, I would not sign with Miami. There is no unity. Ross always needs a fall guy. Its Sparano. No, its Ireland. Tannebaum will blame Hickey. Its Philbin, no, its the DC, no, its Lazor. Someone needs to step up and say its Ross. The bottom line is that we are a bad team. The drafts have been horrible for 15 years. We will not get a top flight coach right now.
 
Hey Ross, I've been a Dolphin fan since 1970, yeah I know "I'm old". But I'm the perfect guy to save our team. I know nothing about coaching, I love our colors, I think I can take the Dolphins to........hey, was that a squirrel????? Put me in coach. Holy Crap..............I got nothing. I'm tired of LOSING!!!!!! Please do all of us dolphin fans a favor............sell the team to someone that wants to win, even if they lose $$$$$, yet we win.....we do just that, WIN!!!!!!
 
Ross destroyed his credibility when flew cross country and tried to hire Harbaugh before firing Sparano and then lied about it--claiming he offered Harbaugh career advice. Ross is a schmuck.
 
Winning changes everything. If we were successful the last few years everyone would be saying he is the BEST Owner! Spent tons on free agency and even completely renovated the stadium. That's all you can expect from an owner.
I blame the management who actually makes the football decisions.
 
All Ross cares about is his real estate and his profits. Do the city of Miami and the fans a favor...sell the team... and drag your NY arse back to NY

It's been said over and over......fans need to boycott the team and not show up to games or buy merchandise.....it's the only thing that will force a change.
 
Ross will make more money if there good. Case closed
 
I think Ross cares about winning. I really do. I just don't think he has the first idea on how to get us there.... Fire Tannenbaum and Hickey.... Hire the right Head Coach and get the **** out the way
 
Im not sure why people hate on Ross so much. He never skimps on FO guys, even if they end up sucking. Salary cap nullifies any contribution to personel decisions. There are owners in other sports that are much more terrible.
 
The dolphins are putting a lousy product on the field, we all can see that.Nothing changes. Same issues.... How long has the OL been a problem? Ross has to see that, so all I can think is Ross is making money , lots of it and even though he says he wants to win as long as he is profiting he really doesnt care, so he lets the incompetence at all levels continue.

I said awhile ago on this board, Ross is still trying to run a pro sports franchise as if it were a Related Corp. office; lots of Exec VPs with agendas, cliques and fifdoms; which is why all the backbiting, blame shifting, etc, etc.. Football teams (successful ones), are by their nature empirical; 1 voice that commands and rules.. otherwise chaos.. which is where this team has been since 62-7

If that’s true and Campbell is being directed to limit Miller’s carries, then he’s really in an impossible situation.

That is an organization that looks at profit first and not putting the best product on the field, so no matter who is coaching, with that mindset, dolphins will continue to be blah.

Hell Has a team ever fired an intrim coach in season, Dan Campbell has been as crappy if not more so tha Philbin
