As many of you probably know by now, former Dolphin now Bear RB Darnell Autry was left on the Bears' list of players to be unprotected for the expansion draft. According to ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli, the Texans will probably snag Denson and his cheap salary (according to this article, the only big name/high priced players the Texans might get are Boselli and Jamie Sharper of the Ravens). With this, and the foregone conclusion that the Texans are going to relieve us of JJJ, and the possibility that Lamar Smith may want to play for his hometown team (Smith lives in Texas and went to University of Houston), theres a good chance that the Texan backfield will be overloaded with former Dolphin RBs. Who knows? Maybe the Texans can go all out, and sign Bernie Parmalee and Irving Spikes, pick up Terry Kirby and Karim Abdul Jabbar and post bail for Cecil "Don't Drop the Soap" Collins.

Damn, if that is true, the Texans won't be doing much. And why wouldn't they take Holmes at 2.9 million a year or Armstead at 5 or Alexander at 5. If I were them, I would spend at least 50 million on expansion draft players.
