Here is the good news for the Miami Dolphins: They have a roster stacked with under-25 talent that positions the team well for the next few seasons.

Here is the bad news: Miami is in a must-win year in 2015, and the coaching staff and front office need its young talent to produce immediately.

That sums up the current state of the Dolphins. This is the most talented team Miami's had in years, but a good portion of its talent is young and needs more experience.

According to Football Outsiders, the Dolphins are ranked No. 2 in under-25 talent. Running back Lamar Miller (24), right tackle Ja'Wuan James (23) and receivers Jarvis Landry (22) and Kenny Stills (23) lead the way on offense. Starting defensive end Olivier Vernon (24) and potential starting cornerback Jamar Taylor (24) are on Miami's defense. All of these players are expected to have sizable roles this year.

Let us hope the hype is true. The Dolphins are buzzing more than bees right now.

This is a double edged sword... With an expensive roster, we won't be able to keep all this young talent when it comes time for them to get paid.

I hear you bro and agree. I think our drafting has changed for the better of late. Must continue that as we can't always resign those players whose contract is up.

The key is to continually succeed in the draft, year after year and make the right moves in FA and deciding who to keep year after year. So far, the 2 years under this GM/FO looks good to me, at least MUCH better than the last 15+ years so I think we're moving in the right direction.

The fact of the matter is, once you have a team that is packed with top notch talent, you're going to have to get very good a replacing some of that talent every few years because the free market places a super high premium on established superstars.

its a good problem to have if the front office keeps drafting well!!!!!

Another perk that comes with this is extra draft picks...
