As of right now before the other teams play we are ranked 2nd. But now we get to play the Broncos in Denver, so we will get to see how good our defense really is. Should be interesting.
 
What's the weather gonna be? I know it's early but anyone know?
 
..and we havent given up a TD in the last two home games.
 
Nice stats but I need to see them stop a top team before anointing them

And stop a drive to actually WIN a game once in a while would be great. If they stop GB & Det cold at the end of those games I would feel a whole lot different (and our record would be a whole lot better)...heck, if they had stopped either one I would feel better but as of now they are 0 -2 when the game is on the line.

dude, the reason we are 6-4 on the seasons is our defense. its been outstanding.

yes, it would have been nice if they would have made stops in those situations, but overall they r shutting down just about every offense they play. heck, even aaron rodgers looked uncomfortable against us, but he is aaron rodgers so he was able to move out of the pocket and make some incredible plays.

also, can the offense get the ball back for once needing just 1 first down and close the game? that would be just as nice.

Agree about the offense...not exactly game savers either but I'm not crowning a defense that cannot save the day...if you want to crown them then go ahead...crown them...I will not give them full credit when they have not sealed the deal even once. You can not honestly tell me if Fins are up by 3 and the opponent gets the ball on their 30 under 2 minutes you feel good because you will not....you will feel like you are watching GroundHog day all over again just like every other fan.

Otherwise...great win last night and it was good to finally beat the Bills again. They have had our number for a while.

as i said, it deff would be nice if the defense made a stop in those situations, no doubt. big time defenses do.

However, overall, our defense has been a lot better and more consistent than our offense has been this year.

if we didnt have a strong defense, we are not 6-4 this year. our offense is not putting up 27 ppg and carrying us, aside from vs oakland, at chicago, and vs san diego, the offense has been very up and down.

if we are going to win in denver and new england, we r going to need to score a ton of pts, our defense will not hold those teams to 13 pts, etc.

I agree...overall playing better but not elite. If they start shutting them down late...elite
