Bears, Broncos and Vikings have fired coach and GM. Chris Spielman of course has been fired. Vikings ended up firing Zimmer in spite of a winning record. 72-56 record and 2-5 post season record. He might be a good candidate with proven experience.
 
Like I've said, I have no issues keeping Grier.

I like the way this team has been built so far and with the right coaching i truly believe we are a playoff team this year.

If the rumors about Flores treating the staff HE HIRED like crap and puppets are true i absolutely see why we would fire Flo and not Grier. He overstepped his bounds with no communication towards the people who works most closely with.

If we hire Harbaugh and Grier is gone I'm fine with that too, but Grier hasn't been a disaster since becoming the true GM.
 
Grier must be the ultimate yes man and excellent ass kisser. Show some backbone Grier and get yourself fired for once.

Maybe Grier should have been fired but because other teams did it we don't have to.

Also, no to Zimmer.

Grier should be fired. Everyone involved in the 2020 1st round picks should be fired. Missing Herbert and taking Iggy over Taylor should get you band from working in the NFL.
 
The only way I would have kept Grier is if I knew for a fact that Flores pushed for most of these players, especially Jackson and Igby. I still might not keep him just because he didn't over rule Flores and take other players anyway.

My issue with Grier is really how he's been in FA. We have the most money so we really need to hit on FA this year for OL specifically.

The Broncos didn’t fire their GM. George Paton is still there.
