Dolphins Adam Gase staff talk doesn't excite

Lazor - no prior NFL OC experience, didn't call plays
Coyle - no prior NFL DC experience

At least Gase has called plays in an NFL game. He is 1-2 against the Patriots and the Broncos averaged 26 points per game against the Pats.

The Broncos went 3-1 against the AFCE in 2014.

The roster is pretty barren with no depth and not much salary left to spend this offseason.. I have a feeling no matter what coaching staff they have it'll be a long process to getting back to winning. By then it may be too late for Gase. I have no expectations or faith in this organization.

I'm definitely not losing any sleep over it either. We'll see how they put it together next year.
