What's remarkable about this signing is that the player is better than Jeremy Mincey but probably signed for a fraction of the cost.

What!?!

Mincey is a damn good up and coming player who looked dominant at times last year. Westerman is nothing more than a decent special teams player. The guy literally hasn't improved since his rookie year. He was supposed to be Rex's pet project but he never seemed to get it.
