My feelings exactly @illscriptures ! This is a guy who holds the ironman record, so he's dependable, he's a proven run blocker from a proven running school, and he is a good pass protector who handles stunts and passes off blocks quite nicely. Is he all-world? No. But he is the best 3rd round OL prospect I can remember us drafting. Great pick.
As @BlueFin said, he's dependable. As @circumstances said, he hasn't missed any time during this negotiation. Great signs all!
