It might signal the trade of Matt Moore if Devlin has finally came of age. Either Devlin or Moore are gone most likely.

Watched him play over the years at NDSU. He could get rattled in the early years, but this last year the kid was lights out. He may not be great at anything but he can do everything well. The kid is a winner and will NEVER give up. Great leader with a positive attitude. I'd be tickled pick if he makes the Dolphins roster.
