From the delusional, incompetent owner, to the disaster in waiting in the Jets reject Tannenbaum, to honestly an ineffective and probably bad director in Hickey, to the obviously incompetent coaching staff, (totally worthless Philbin, and obviously incompetent not ready to be head coach Cambell with his high school coordinators……to the non NFL players they have on this time, like half the offensive line, all their backups, all the corners, only one safety, and rapidly deteriorating QB situation……..think you have to tear it down and start fresh with a new owner, staff and players.
Honestly, QB in the offseason would look to get a pennington type until we draft another QB…(like drew brees) Thill is not the answer period.
The running backs are fine with miller and ajayi…..offensive line you only have albert, pouncey and james, everyone else should be cut. Wide receiver fortunately is the only position were there is hope, with parker, landry, stills and matthews. There is really only one tight end, sims, everyone else is garbage. Defensive line, you should only keep Suh, Phillips, Fede, Shelby/wake/vernon 2 of those three. Linebackers, there is not one that really is nil quality starter. The corners, only mccain the rookie for potential and maybe lipett, everyone else is garbage and there is only one safety. There are no backups worth a dime.
The coaching staff is pitiful, and totally in over their heads, not competitive at the NFL level. (Al Golden look alikes).
Hopefully what will come out of this year is what happen at UM, that the fans had seen enough incompetence and forced a change…..hopefully that will happen with our beloved dolphins, although Im not expecting miracles with them….they are too dysfunctional of an organization, what a sad 50th birthday this has been!!!!!!!
