That was on of the worst games I have ever witnessed. I would never have predicted such a horrible outcome. The Dolphins are all talk.
Saban talks a lot of game. He says good things, but his players are not responding. Culpepper is playing horrible. Frerotte could have played better. It all starts on offense with the QB. I'm not sure that his knee or his head are in the right place.
On defense, Miami looked ok today. Nothing spectacular, just good play. The secondary still made a few costly mistakes, so they still haven't cleaned up their act yet.
The Bills are an average team. They are not a great NFL team. They have a lot of rookies. Next week, we will get to see who is better between the Jets and Bills. I think the Jets will win. So the way I have the AFC East division right now is:
Patriots
Jets
Bills
Dolphins
That is pathetic. You can't just talk the talk. You have to win the games. You can't just say your knee is better. It actually has to be better. Otherwise, you won;t perform in the game. If your head is not right, then it isn't. You can't lie and say it is. You will be exposed like Miami was today.
Unfortunately, it looks like Miami is going to have another season where they have to "FIND THEMSELVES". That means there will be a lot of ups and downs - nothing consistent. It is hard to say when they will do it. Maybe they will get it on track next week against the Titans. Maybe they won't.
Maybe they will go 6 - 10 and never find it this season. Maybe they will go 14 - 2. That is how they looked today. Clueless. No identity. Lost. Baffled.
I have very low expectations on the season now. I am just hoping Miami can win the next two and get back to .500 before the Patriots. If they want to get in the playoffs, they may have to beat Buffalo in Buffalo now. But let's no get ahead of ourselves. We still have to score points first.
Horrible game. Disgusting performance. You can't get any lower. :boohoo:
