Dolphins are currently the #7 playoff seed

i was just thinking we might be close since pitt, and the jets lost.

Three weeks ago people were asking to blow up the franchise. But the AFC has a lot of weak team this year. Was always kinda silly to say season over at 1-3 with so many .500 or less teams.

We need to keep winning... That's obvious... But our schedule gets a lot harder....

There isn't a single doubt in my mind that this team had a ZERO percent chance of making the playoffs with the clowns in charge at that point in time.

While the Texans/Titans are far from great teams, what the past 2 weeks has shown me is that the coaching staff that we started the season with was even WORSE than I previously thought, which given how little I thought of those guys is mind boggling to me.

The rational side of me says the season still isn't going anywhere because of how we started out, but just like the last couple years it seems like there is going to be some mediocrity in competition for wildcard spots. There's a lot of teams like NYJ, us, and Buffalo that stay on the brink and can't get over the hump. Usual contenders like Pitt, SD, and Baltimore aren't lighting the world on fire. Indy is like a repeat of Harbaugh in SF last year, that front office and ownership can't get along with an effective coach so the wheels are falling off.

I have a hard time believing we will be a playoff team, but I have a hard time believing there's gonna be many teams outside the big three and maybe Pitt that will have an easy road either.

True, but the schedule does not look quite as brutal as it did back in September. Certain teams are just not playing as well as expected, like Baltimore

I made a comment in game day chat that we couldn't have picked a better season to go 1-3

Baltimore, SD, Giants, Philly, Indy are not as difficult as once seemed. We need to steal a few victories from some tough teams tho

Or Indy. Or Philly. Or the Cowboys. Though we do get Romo on his first game back. Maybe he'll be rusty.
