Sinnce Philbin & company have taken over, which players have been deveoped and which one's have not from the draft, FA, and existing players? I know he has only had two years but, I'm not seeing many players who have gotten better.

Clay might be one but, we signed Keller to be our TE, and Clay had a great year as a default starter. RT, with Sherman and our QB coach, did improve but, is still a question.

Olivier Vernon, Jared Odrick has improved in this defense, Koa Misi who was left for dead under Sparano has turned into a solid two down linebacker/run stopper, Nolan Carroll was much improved last year, Hartline has had two 1000 yard seasons since Philbin got here and had a career high in TD receptions for a season last year. Plus the two you mentioned.

Philbin and staff have developed players...more importantly they've done it with players that don't even fit their system.

I think moving Odrick to his natural positin at DT was the difference. Misi was as good or better until Sparano's last year whn he was injured. Go along with Odrick and Carroll but Hartline was his same very consistant self, Just threw him the ball more.

Don't see any we named as not being a system fit.

Hartline, Jones, Wilson, Misi, Clay, Carroll, Patterson, Vernon, Tannehill, Bess and Gibson have all improved under this staff. I don't think its any coincidence that most of the improved players are involved more in the passing game either.
