Dolphins' assistants not allowed to seek other jobs

if that's true it seems to point to capers being our head coach or being retained as def coor. hope this doesnt apply to mularkey though

Good. Capers for DC and Garret for OC with B. Schottenheimer as HC sounds perfect to me :D

Meh, if they are under contract through the 2007 season they will get paid regardless. A years paid vacation is not really such a bad thing. The good ones will certainly be retained.

I say if they want the assistances then start giving draft picks for them I say if we are going to start over with a new coach then lets get something in return they want out then have the teams that want them give us draft picks we sure could use them.:dolphins:

If there's a McDonald's somewhere that offers Mularkey a job, I say let him go.

I'm opposed to that. I would have to probably wait for 15 minutes just to get some fries. First the fry person would hand the fries off to the burger guy who would quickly lateral to the shake girl who would probably fumble the fries requiring the mop guy to come in forcing Mularkey to contemplate what went wrong. 15 minutes later maybe I get my fries. I'm doing Burger King if he gets hired

think it out - writing is on the wall you're looking at our next o.c.

I don't think any writing is on the wall, until we choose a coach. I think they are denying thier assistants job seeking because we may name Dom coach and he would possibly want to choose to keep some guys he has worked with. If we hire someone else they may want someone other than these guys. I doubt every coach we might hire would want Garret as out OC.

Thats great.

Lack of Class is a bit rough ....

How do we know that the new coach won't offer him the OC position ???

The POINT here, I believe, is that we should offer the new coach the opportunity to keep or purge the current staff .... which I also believe was allegedly on of the deepest and best in the league ....

Yeah our POS coaches has shown soo much class.:rolleyes2 If the c********** don't want to be with my Dolphins then they can go to hell and honor their contracts or die a horrible death. I'm tired of mediocracy and don't care about anyone on our highest paid coaching staff in NFL history. I care about WINNING.
