Dolphins atop in arrest

were all these guys in uniform while breaking the law ??? I'm pretty sure they were on their own time....:err:
 
what gets me is that you wouldnt think these catz wld need to sell drugs or be involved with something clost to this, i mean, the league min. is at least $450K right? or close to it....are they saying thats not enough or am i just missing that some of these catz, big money or not, wld still be doing the same dumb stuff....and i was looking for campbell to do some things this yr...besides jail time
 
I heard rumor of new uniforms in the works. Perhaps, black and white stripes?

They had a personal amount. Not sure why it was a felony though. It must have to do with probation or something.

Nah. I doubt it. Not with Cam here. I think he's shown with his actions and not just his talking that he means business. It looks like he has pretty clear cut policies. If you screw up and keep on screwing up, there's a good chance you could be out the door ... especially if you aren't a starter who's well established. Heck, I bet the only guys with any real job security are the guys like Zach and JT who are coming off Pro Bowl years.

It's pretty straightforward. You better get good results or you could be in trouble. On the other hand, if you're doing great you have a real credible guy who could say good things about you in the press that will make you sound like a superstar. That could lead to a good, long career with lots of big money and all that.
 
do any of you remember a wr that used to play for us and in jimmy's first year the wr fell alseep in a meeting and jimmy walked over and swatted him with a newspaper and the showed the guy the want adds and said," here ya go, you are free to find you a job that wont interfere with your sleep." i cant remember who it was but it wasnt lamar thomas that much i do know but we sure have had bad luck with runningbacks and receivers.

Not to send thie thread off-topic, but that made me think: are there actual plans for new uniforms next year? I remember the rumor that was going around a few months ago that they were gonna change the logo. Anyone hear those rumors anymore? I hope they don't do anything.
 
The only two guys still on the roster, one got caught for backhanding another player, and one got caught for DWI but not DUI. Still serious, I'm not excusing Chambers, but compared to Atlanta with Vick (no explanation needed) and now CB Jimmy Williams getting caught for weed and ecstasy I believe, I'd rather be us.

It's a dubious number because we got rid of two of them. Think Atlanta is going to get rid of Jimmy Williams?
