Dolphins-Bears predictions.

we will get a couple of INT's due to good pressure and Chicago QB's who get rattled easy. The announcers will talk about Matt Roth a lot as he will constantly provide pressure and make 2 sacks and 1 FF against the Bears overmatched 2nd string line.

The offense will struggle for the most part. Frerrotte will look ok, but the other 3 will look pretty bad. Berlin is a slam dumk for at least 1 INT, if Saban lets him throw. Ronnie will not play, Ricky will look average, but more because the o-Line won't give him much to work with and he will prob see limited action.

And my most important prediction..............

no injuries!!!!

Brown won't play? why not? he will have at least a week of practice when he does sign. the o-line is looking much improved and I doubt they get overpowered by the Bears, I want to see Ogun get knocked on his @ss by Carey

Dolphins 38-24.............Oh wait that was the score on another game.

I hope you are right on all accounts......but I don't think that Ronnie will be signed in time. I think that the Dolphins will attempt to sign him too far below the mark which the Niners set when they signed Smith, but I don't see Brown and his agent going for it.

As for the O-Line, I see the Bears front 4 as a tough first test and I don't think that they will have too much success. I don't expect them to look awful, but not really good yet either.....it will be their first game together in this lineup in this blocking scheme.

Dolphins versus Bears...remember when we whupped the UNDEFEATED Bears on Monday Night!!!! Dan and Nat Moore killed them!!!:)

we will win but thats not the point of this thread... Travis Daniels will look good after getting an INT and holding his man for the little time he may play. Ronnie Brown will gain close to 50 yards with a TD while playing half of a quarter. Josh Davis will be the most impressive WR in the game. Wright will get some pressure on the QB but no sacks with some tackles. Matt Roth may get a sack but the d-line will rack up tons of sacks as a unit.
Good post, and on the topic.:D

Dolphins win by 14+ points,
Its going to be a nice game Brown vs Benson

People are choosing to ignore that Chicago has a very talented and young defense (they were the youngest team in the league last year), including a certain defensive end by the name of Adewale Ogunleye. Now, before a lot of you stubborn super-homers come on and say Ogunleye sucks and he benefitted from having JT on the line, he had a respectable 5.5 sacks and three forced fumbles in only 12 games with the Bears. Not the same numbers he put up with us, but good numbers considering the lingering injury.
Their defense aside, Chicago is a team on the rise with a veteran receiver who led the NFL in receiving yards and TD's last year and several improving players on the offense. Should rex Grossman be healthy (and play more than one drive) this will be a lot closer game than most of you guys have been saying it will be.

good post and noted but this is a pre-season game and the winner usually has better depth and I think Miami has more depth and that is why they will win

I dont care what the score is. Aslong as our players dont get hurt, then i am happy.
