All teams with returning head coaches are supposed to start phase two today.

General

Workouts are strictly voluntary

One week is the mandatory minicamp (no weekends)

Contact work is prohibited in all workouts

Intensity and tempo of drills should be at level conducive to learning, with player safety as the highest priority

Clubs can only specify two hours for the players to be at the facility

Players choose the other two hours for weights, etc.

Phase two (four hours a day)

Three weeks with the same rules with a few exceptions:

All coaches allowed on field

Individual and “perfect play” drills allowed

Does this mean they can actually run plays? Would love for them to officially start learning Lazors offense...

I believe they are just working on individual drills, going over fundamentals and techniques.

I thought Perfect play was running the plays against Air...
