It sure as hell looks like our team is believing in Turner and Dallas at OG, and Taylor and Davis at boundary CB. There were pricey options available at both positions, we had the money to sign them but, we passed. This is scary to most Phans.

I have to consider that the team knows more than 5 times more than we do because we have seen very little to judge, and they are all very young.

We are taking a chance here but, ya gotta take them for young guys to really show what they have. The decisions may work out great or, the team will come under the gun for making them.

Which will it be?

Time will tell. They have to believe in the young guys cause 90% of the roster is pretty young.

Ozzy rules!!

very young roster... kinda have to hope and believe in them developing and proving themselves. but maybe they are seeing some good things coming from some of these players too!!!

this is their chance this year to really show, or some might be passed on after 2015.

I give the team a pass on MLB as there was no good option. However, there were options at OG and CB, which we passed on. I'm REALLY hoping they are right in believing.

cant fix everything in one year as well though... its tough especially without a 3rd rounder there!!!

if anything we see what these guys offer too, and can really fix up next off season!!!

jamar taylor should start.

will davis needs to fight to just make the 53.

i hate when these two get grouped together when one can actually play.

Everything I am seeing shows me that the team is looking to say "Just Wait Until THIS Year." I believe that they do believe in the young guys at OG and CB. We shall see how that works out.

and McCain i think too.... agreed.

Dallas Thomas is the big question mark for me. I can believe in many of the others... Will Davis I'll add with Thomas here too.

i dont mind what we have secondary as of now.. .decently solid, but not the bestest. i think Taylor can work his way in, and lets see with these rookies now too!!!

My mistake but, have read where the team believes in both, same as Turner and Dallas. Taylor, IF healthy, is a very legit starter who I thought would have already been a starter. Have not seen anything of Davis to have an opinion.

Well you would assume every nfl team knows more than the fans but every year some pretty bad players are trotted out or drafeed like dion jordan. We rolled out dallas thomas last year as a starter and that didn't make him a good player. In fact every year we have passed on players that could fill holes. We didn't change anything at lb last year, doesn't mean much. The only reason Jenkins played was because of injury, not because the team was so smart. They still were starting ellerbee and wheeler over him.

I totally agree. Taylor has shown flashes of being a real good cb. He looks the part, but injuries so far have kept him from getting anything consistent going. Will Davis has shown flashes of being a ballhawk...but only because he takes way too many huge chances. He's barbecue chicken waiting to be grilled. :idk:

i wasn't really referring to you (sorry), but ever since they were drafted, since it was the same draft, and one was a 2 and one was a 3, and they both play CB, the media and fans (and sometimes even the team itself) have always referred to them together. will they make it? will they be cut? are they ready? can they ever start?

as a huge jamar taylor fan since college, it grates on me. what does jamar taylor have to do with will davis?

i thought jamar was a great pick in round 2, and will davis was a poor selection in round 3. why in the world would i have to hear anything about will davis any time i hear jamar taylor mentioned?

i have always envisioned jamar taylor as a player in the mold of pat surtain (high hopes, i know).

i have no expectations of will davis, thought he was a reach, and wish we had selected a different player.

if he ever does anything, i will be immensely happy for him and the team. but his success or failure has absolutely nothing to do with jamar taylor.

How is Turner not as big or a bigger question than Dallas? We have seen hi9m play for all of 17 snaps at the tail end of the season. Do we believe what the team thinks of him. If so, why do we not believe the same of Dallas? Same is true of Taylor and Davis. Do we believe in our coaches on all or, do we just pick who we like?

turner is not a bigger question mark than dallas thomas (to the fans) because they have already marked dallas thomas as a failure forever at both guard and tackle.

they still have hope turner can play.

circumstances nailed it basically there.... i have good hope in what they see in Turner is true... seems like they do have faith in him. now I am not a Dallas Thomas hater... he provides depth in my mind, but what I have seem of him in games and such isnt the most promising. thats why i have the question marks overall on him.

same reason I like Taylor and dont like Allen as much... what I have seen of them on the field and what they offer. But Turner is more of a wait and lets see... so i do hope he can bring!!!
