Dolphins-Bills game will be blacked out ....

I will NEVER go to Buffalo to see the Dolphins, last went in 1995 to see Shula one last time. Couldn't take the drunks and morons. No wonder Bryan Cox flipped them off.
I have a Plan B, my best friend lives in S. Fla and will use his webcam so I can watch the game via Skype. Best alternative.
Syracuse being part of the blackout zone is the biggest piece of BS, we're 150 miles away but the Bills say the CBS channel's signal reaches the 75 mile zone, so we all get blacked out. Figures this is the 1 and only game.

thats when the height of the rivalry was greatest. I have been to games many times since and it was not as bad. Bills fans really dont have much to look forward to unless they start kicking our azz. otherwise they start saying things like.....really like Jason Taylor, wish he was on our team. good character and player.....

This year it will be....man that Tannehill is for real. Hope Manual gets to his level.

just bought a ticket and I will be by myself. My best friend will be with his bro two sections over from me near the tunnell. So got bills company until go inside.

Okay plans changed ill be there in the rock pile (buffaloes version of the black hole) gonna be an aqua and orange invasion

You live less than 3 hours away and you arent going? Dude, cmon bro! I drive from orlando to Miami for every home game!

Get your butt over there and get loud man! We need you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would drive 6 hours for a HOME game.
Not for the Bills. Hell, drunken louts fall on you if you sit in the lower bowl.
I'm glad these guys are doing something, https://www.facebook.com/events/579427988800416/

Upstate NY black-out question

Sorry to be posting such a direct thread...but i'm in Syracuse NY and do not want to miss this game. Doe's anybody local know how far i'd have to drive to watch the game? Sucks cuz i do have Sunday ticket but it's blacked out on there as well.

Utica? Cortland?

Going to the game unfortunately is out of the question.

Thanks for any help.

I'm thinking Utica area, gotta get outside of Syracuse and Onondaga county. Some restaurant/bar at Turning Stone Casino will probably have the game. I am pretty sure they are out of the black-out range. Try Turning Stone, Utica, a sports bar in Utica, or if you want peace and quiet rent some dive $20-$30 night hotel in the Utica area and spend 3 hours there watching the game.

I'm in the same boat as you and do not want to drive to Buffalo to watch this game in the cold. Not sure what I will do. I know a couple websites you can stream games from and thinking of hooking my laptop up to my TV and watching the game that way.

I will send you a PM now. If you get a chance call the Turning Stone and see if they will have the game and are out of the blackout region and let me know what they say. I think there is also a sports bar across the street from the Turning Stone that I don't know the name of off the top of my head, maybe call there too and see what they say. I would drive up there to watch the game

Recovery? I think that's the bar you're thinking of

Utica doesnt have their own cbs station....they get the syracuse cbs station
so whatever game cbs syracuse is showing ...Utica gets
so driving to a utica bar would be fruitless
hope that helps

PJcab is correct no Fins in Utica this Sunday either.

This really sucks! Perfect example of why I hate the Bills.

There is no NFL stadium that gets as empty as Ralph Wilson in December.

Impossible! They always sell out according to some on here, especially when used as a horrible example to try and trash local Phins fans.

That sucks. Southern Ontario is in the Buffalo market as well.

Surprised though, their fans have been pretty loyal even though they've put a sub-par product on the field for so long.

The levee has finally broke. The fans are staying away. With Christmas right around the corner I'm not surprised people are shopping you visiting family instead of watching the game. At least I can still hear it on the local Buffalo radio.

Considering how long that fan base has suffered they have been a fairly resilient and loyal base.

This isn't the first blackout they've had. They've had several over the past few years and have had multiple "ticket buy-outs."
