good write up. i remember when him an martz had issues and i thought carter was a punk. i could not have been more wrong. martz is a fool

i find it refreshing...we hear about these selfish athletes hold out dramas arrests shootings etc.....it good to hear a good story for a change i like carter alot and think this was a great pickup for us and am very happy to have him on this team.
