I am not expecting miracles, I just know that Carroll is a known quantity...of crap. Williams is probably also crap but he ohas not explicitly proven it yet.

how is this a downgrade? i dont see anyone doing anything special in the secondary this year. maybe one of these new guys actually gets his hand on the ball
