That’s good news. Good OL play could pave the way for the Dolphins to make a deep run in the playoffs or keep it from making the playoffs.
Some of his shotgun snaps have been reported to be inaccurate. Hope that gets cleaned up by the time season starts.

I wonder if Williams was signed with the center position in mind? I ask that because there were other centers out there and Miami didn't seem to have an interest.
Certainly it could have been just an afterthought, but Grier and McDaniel attacked every other need with a multitude of players.

IIRC Williams stated they told him either at right after he signed that they wanted to use him at C.

I think that makes sense considering how they attacked every other position.

So let me get this straight. Last year in Dallas he was a disaster when trying out at the position. This year in Miami he is killing it. It's hard to believe that a guy can make that kind of improvement over a year without playing the position in a real game! I wonder which team's OL coaches are. or were right. I guess we will see.
I hope so! This means he should cut down on his penalties - at least false starts too if he plays there instead of guard

Thats a plus. What was he supposed to say though eh? Hehe. He's probably 2nd or 3rd best O-Lineman right now so I'm not expecting him to be poor. New position improvement and rating only comes with playing time.
