I personally didn't think the hard rock would be in the running because of the casino. I guess Mark davis and Vegas are helping the image of sports gambling lol.

If its not joe robbie, don shula or dolphins stadium then HARD ROCK (the hard rock cafe guys) is my fav. Big fan of the Hard Rock franchise and the rock n roll memorabillia they display is historic and priceless.
Hey, it could have ended up something like Summers Eve Stadium, although, we have stank for so long no one would be laughing. It would be fitting up to this point

The seminole tribe owns all but 4 entities of the hard rock family . The casino in vegas and three other properties.
The seminole tribe owns hard rock cafe and all naming rights to do with it. I think that would be a great name for the stadium but probably a poor investment for the seminole tribe

Hard Rock Stadium would be a fine name. There's a hard rock a few miles away so there are local ties. It will be named after the Hard Rock Cafe so no need to worry about the casino issue. Plus they can play classic rock throughout the game and it will promote a party-like atmosphere. Enough with "it should be called JRS"! It's a new stadium and by that logic it should be called Stephen Ross Stadium.
Theres a HARD ROCK HOTEL AND CASINO in las vegas which was the first of the casino hard rocks. Until then it was all the smaller Hard Rock Cafe's. I like it. Much better than some sports drink or bank or some .com corporation.
