Nice read!!

''Daunte has done more than we ever thought he could at this time in terms of his physical ability,'' Saban said. ``He's been cleared to do things at his position as the next part of his rehab. To start taking three-step, five-step, seven-step drops, hand the ball off on some of the zone plays, drop back and throw it and do what he does with his position.

``He's got stability, he's got the girth he needs, the strength he needs to be cleared to do that and he's actually done it for all of these practices. We're pleased with his progress.''

the season can't come soon enough!

Great to hear. Goota love the positive things you read in the press.:dolphins:

Yes its great to hear more good news about Culpeppers and I hope the Argos get Ricky signed so I can get front row seats to the Argos/Ti-Cats game right behind the argos bench and see if he will take me up on an offer that doesnt inclue a tent or a desert but the other thing he loves!

Just dropped in to finheaven looking for some news and tehre it was on teh front page. Now I can go to bed happy!

.............and finally we can put an end to the speculation by some on here that Saban either said or alluded to Daunte being ready (as of right now) to start Week 1.

I'd be interested in learning where the original, projected, course of rehab, had estimated Cpep's condition would be,
to just how far along he's consequently been deemed, ahead of schedule.

Can't argue with the progress he's already made. He's worked his butt off to be at the point in rehab he's at now. Season opener would be great, but whatever it takes to keep him in more games this season is what I want.

A i got my tickets for the Argos/Als game, my tickets are in the end zone, so i guess i'll see a lot of Ricky there.
