dolphins consider preseason practices with titans

I went to a session like that years back. I think it was in Ricky's first season. It was hot as hell. But it was kind of fun getting to see the players up close. I would really like to get a look at our rookies Ginn and Beck.
 
This has helped us in the past when we used to conduct these joint practices against Tampa Bay and then Tennessee. I see no reason why it wouldn't help us this year.

It helps to break up the monotony of practicing against your teammates every day.
 
The Tampa scrimmages were always exciting. Those two teams really disliked each other and that made it a lot of fun.

However, I think practicing against Tenn is smarter b/c they don't have such a dominant DL and would give our offense more of a chance to get some quality work done.

Did you see Tampa Bay's DL last year? Almost everyone ran on them. Tennessee's is much better. Especially with Haynesworth coming back.
 
I was heading to TN in in July. I might have to postpone my trip for a few weeks so I can check the practices out.

I approve of the move, I wonder, does this now exclude Tampa... I was always concerned the bad blood between the two teams was going to lead to injuries.

Phinagler... good to see you here, I live down in Jensen and am about to do some history stuff up your way.
 
last camp i went was in1996, never been to a practices with other teams sounds like it would be interesting especially if they scrimage
 
alot of merges on the board don't we read before makeing a new thread

good, we need to get acclimated to Highly mobile Qbs like Vince.... We don't face them much.
