WR coach at Miami Dolphins should be a bigger role and better compensated than WR Coach at UF. Maybe Bill Lazor is pushing him out and wants an upgrade. With some of the talent that we had last season, there is a decent argument that a change could be good.

If Lazor wanted him out he could ask to have him replaced. This is more a case of wanting to leave, if he leaves. I'm guessing some coaches want out and not because of Lazor.
