Dolphins Cut aj edds/other moves

aj edds no way? i thought he played well enough to help out...
maybe they practice squad edds
still need another offensive lineman..

Glad we got Rosario and Cook, but my question is, why wait this long to pick up another tackle? Was it because Murtha got injured?
 
Didn't see that coming AT ALL. Have to question the wisdom of it but what the Dolphins might be thinking is that if any other team wants to claim him and put him in practice the way he is right now, they'll discover that he looks a lot like a rookie with one training camp under his belt, in his first year back from major knee surgery.
 
Like the moves. . . We simply dont have any need for Edds unless Dansby or Burnett go down. Both are as good or better n coverage and better at everything else. . . Wish we woulda cut spitler over edds tho. . . Weird.

Rosario Should provide a little more of a receiving threat then Fasano and Help Henne in the passing game. Loved him a few years ago.

Dont kno enough about Clark to comment but Berger was over paid and just average at best. we needed OT depth after Murtha went down.

Edds was outstanding this summer. Damn sham.

Ryan Cook is very questionable
 
Dang thought we'd keep Edds. Hopefully he ends up on PS.

I knew Berger was not for long. Incognito and Garner can play C, so he was expendable.

I know everyone (including me) can't understand why the keep Jerry, but the must not want the 3rd rounder to go.
 
Edds? Seriously? How on earth could get get cut, am I missing something. I know we got Burnett who is much better in coverage than Channing ever was but we play in the AFC where we need as many coverage linebackers as possible. I disagree with this move big time!
 
Spitler over Edds? That is a major surprise. Marvin Mitchell will essentially be replacing Edds?

To me Berger was a weak center. I never liked him. He always gets pushed around. At training camp he looked like a small LB standing next to the other line man.
