Dolphins D Dirty vs Tennessee?

Cry baby. OV hit him low and got flagged but it was not a late hit. It affected the throw so how late could it have been. The second one he got was a BS call - he hit him in the chest. It was just like the one Wake got called for on Geno in the last game of the year last year. Can't hit the QB low. Can't hit them high. Where are you supposed to hit him?
 
Mariota said OV apologized after the game and didnt think it was malicious
 
As OV went for the tackle his head went down while Mariotta was in his throwing motion. There was no late hit. Wisenhunt is a whiner and his record in Tennessee makes Philbin look like Don Shula.

I'm confused as to how players are supposed to tackle QB's in today's NFL. Can't hit them high, can't hit em low... Sheesh. How about we just give them a damn flag to pull.

I was hoping they got him again and knocked him out of the game completely. It's football, not golf.

Then the refs would complain the QBs flag was pulled too hard.

No, he is just overly aggressive, and that will get some flags called against him, or at times some plays will be over the line. This is the NFL, and if your not playing aggressive on defense, odds are your either a superstar and still succeeding or failing.
 
Look when your going all out I have a really hard time believing you can control where you hits someone.
 
That hit was not intentional at all. Vernon was standing by Mariota the entire time to see if he was okay. That's not evidence of a guilty player.
