Dolphins | Daniels able to practice Sunday on a limited basis

Alex Marvez, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports Miami Dolphins CB Travis Daniels (ankle) practiced on a limited basis Sunday, Sept. 3, for the first time since a serious ankle sprain early in the preseason. Daniels would likely be replaced by CB Andre' Goodman in the starting lineup if he is unable to play against Pittsburgh in the team's Week 1 game.

Old news, but thanks anyway. He practiced but not likely he'll play in the opener.

Daniels will be the nickel CB the whole year, somewhere I feel he will have the most success anyways. Sure he proved he can start in this league last year, but I like our 2 guys at CB right now . . . TRavis is built to be a nickel corner IMO, and plays it quite well . . . hopefully he will be ready for that role.

With the injuries that the Steelers have, id say leave him out unless he is 100%
