They interviewed the guy last year for OC. If they thought he had what it takes to lead men he would have gotten an interview. End of Story.
 
But yet they are interested in Mike McCoy? Makes a lot of sense.

Chud was interviewed last year by the Dolphins so they know what he can offer.....they do not think he is ready.
 
Exactly, Ross and Ireland must not have been impressed with Chud last year. They know what he offers, but they didn't know McCoy, so that is why you interview him.

Guess that's why they retained him and replaced him with Daboll. Then he got promoted (and I use that term loosely) to tight ends coach at SD.
 
from everything that I have read and heard he was not impressive at all in the interview last year for OC

hardly, the nfl was around long before 2011 guy...........he made the browns offense explode into a juggernaut too........

And cam newton wasnt exactly a 350 yards a game passer until he got to chud.
Chud designed the TE heavy, deep passing attack for Cam to succeed in.

Yeah, he was such a lousy offensive coordinator that his 8th ranked offense plummeted to 31st the next year with Daboll. The Browns sure got the last laugh on that one.

Exactly, and if I remember right, there was a coaching change with the Browns at that time. That's why Chud went to San Diego.

Oh I don't but I don't pretend to know what makes these canadates better then the other. The chud thing makes no sense to you, let's be honest what do you really know about any of these guys cause I can bet you have never spoke these guys or sat in their interviews
