Team drafts 2 eventual starters a year on average. Not good enough to get anywhere.

2021 was a home run at least lol.

And without concussions 2020 shakes out by just "hitting" on the QB.

Get healthy and win 1 game and we will see how it shales out.

But these last 5 games have been a travesty.

Van Gink is playing and playing well I think. Raekwon is in a lot and contributes, Could be better, could have been better, but those are okay drafts.

Which is an endorsement for trading those picks for talent
Talent hit and misses. I am not impressed, A deaf and blind GM could predict Reek but some of the other injured guys, are not good biz as shown by the garbage and lack of depth on the field

They draft awful and we all know it in real time as it happens every year. I am of the opinion some players are off the board unofficially for certain teams no matter where they pick. Its the only logical explanation because some draft picks are beyond baffling

More like a ground rule double.

Hardly a home run.

If you draft Creed Humphrey instead of Liam Eichenberg you make the playoffs last year and this year.

Monumental mistake which still makes no sense.

Hopefully one day someone will be in charge who comprehends the important of blocking.

Only a moron builds around WRs.

and it was a strong position of need too

Sadly the 2020 draft is looking bad now in light of Tua's concussion concerns.
Grier has to go more than a few wasted high picks.
Hindsight is 20/20 but if Grier had gotten Herbert then his misses in the draft aren't talked about.
We need a new G.M.

A year old. But good charts. Which does show what everyone here thinks MIA is bottom of the league in terms of Draft Success.
