The Dolphins haven’t seen very much of wide receiver
DeVante Parker, but they would like to.
He figures to be an important contributor in the team’s new offensive philosophy, but hasn’t been able to participate in much of training camp this summer as he deals with a lingering hamstring concern.
That could change in the near future, however.
According to Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald, the team is optimistic that Parker will be able to join the offensive team “soon.” No official, or even unofficial, timetable has been offered as to when he could return, but Parker’s name has been brought up in many of the coaches’ meetings in recent days.
Judging by how poorly head coach
Adam Gase has assessed his team’s offensive practices to have gone thus far, any contribution Parker can provide in their preseason preparation will be welcome.
