Not sure if you felt like I did, but for watching a game that the Dolphins were not involved in, I couldnt believe how much emotion I had vested in this game. I could believe I was jumping up and down, screaming with all the Giant Fans as they final seconds ticked off. The Giants have preserved us, as a whole, and suddenly, the 1-15 talk is somewhat on the backburner and we still remain the only perfect team.

I think as Dolphin fans we should unite and become major supporters of the G-Men. So long as we are not playing eachother. we should be rooting for them and against their foes. We are forever linked and they did us a major favor by dismantling the cheating Pats.

their fans are some of the worst around. just 6-8 weeks ago the coach needed to go. eli needed to go. now they are gods.

Shockey was god, Tiki was god.....now they are both scrubs.

It is seriously nauseating living in NJ at this time.

I could less about the fans of the team. I think the original poster had the same idea in mind. I can appreciate what the Giants team did on SB night and there will always be a soft spot in my heart for the Giants.

They did something no other team did. They beat the Pats. They saved us years of "in yo face" from Pat's fans.

I live in the next town over from E. Rutherford. You can see the stadium from my window. They dont bother me. Ill show them some support for saving our legacy, until we play them of course
 
Hmmm, interesting idea...

Normally I literally hate any Yankee sports team, i.e. Giants, Jets, Bills, Rangers, Bruins, Red Sox, Yankees, Devils, etc.

But given what the G-Men did for us, by saving our ***** from hearing the "In yo Face" from Cheater fans, and giving us the edge to make fun of them the same way we make fun of the Bills for going 0-4 in the Super Bowl I will grant amnesty to the G-men and their fans so as long as we are not playing them, or need them to loose.

I personally plan on telling some of them thank you for beating the Cheaters in April at the Tampa Dol-Fans 2008 Draft Party at Barnacles. They are okay in my book :up:

Yeah they don't like their fans either, that is why they ran of 11 straight road games.:lol: I don't see why anyone would want to play in NY they way they are treated whether it's baseball, football, or basketball. I think what finley was saying was be thankfull to the team not the NY media or fans.
 
Regardless of anything else, I will always have a warm spot in my heart for this Giant team for taking down Belicheat and the Cheating Patsies, and preserving the achievement of the 1972 Dolphins, which I consider the greatest team achievement in Professional sports.

All we heard was how this Pats team was the greatest ever, before they ever won the championship.

So this was really really sweet for me.
 
like every other Dolphins fan,i'm appreciative of what the Giants did,and i enjoyed watching the Giants beat the Pats,but i'm not gonna jump on their bandwagon. i will say Thank You to the N.Y. Giants for beating the N.E. Patriots in the Super Bowl and for making Brady eat the ground damn near all game.

Giant Fans are some of the best fans in the league. Yeah they complain but they show up. Now Jet fans complain and stop showing up.
 
I am a Phin, only a Phin, and always a Phin. Just pointing out that I don't have that hate that I have for other NY teams.
 
I was a Giants fan one day only... Sunday February 3, 2008.
while I love what they did for us, and I will remember them for that... am i a fan? far from it. will i ever be? no, not until they play a team i want to loose again. haha
