The Dolphins believe Chad Henne separated his left (non-throwing) shoulder during Sunday's loss to the Chargers.

Henne is headed for a second opinion later this week. Although the Dolphins haven't expressed much public concern, it's very possible that the first opinion suggested surgery -- a course of action Henne couldn't play through. Henne has plenty of time to weigh his options as the Dolphins head into their bye, but an NFL.com report suggests that Henne's availability for the rest of the season is in doubt. Matt Moore will start if/when Henne is misses time.

Will Moore help or hurt our "Suck for Luck" chances?

we should just start cameron wake at qb for the rest of the season and put matt moore at running back.

Moore will help our Suck for Luck chances. Hate to see Henne injured though.

Looks like the stars are aligning for that #1 overall pick in 2012.

If we only win 1 game this season, PLEASE get rid of Ireland in Jan. He's worse than Randy Mueller.

The way Moore hurts us is the front office decides to go out and acquire a capable QB on the open market via trade, whatever. We could sign a veteran and have that guy step in and "rejuvenate" his career and win some games.

We need Chad Henne to bridge us to Andrew Luck.

Henne is bad enough to get us there, but he's good enough for the front office to stick with him. If the front office DOESN'T sign a veteran of sorts, then I think we can all agree that the front office is "tanking" the season. We will sign a veteran, but it all depends on what veteran. Bill Volek is a tank the season move. David Garrard means we want to win some games and steer clear of a franchise QB of the future.

Not only that, but it gives the homers here the rest of their free lives to use the excuse, "Chad Henne was injured during his last season in Miami after an incredible preseason and we'll never know if he could have been a franchise QB or not. Henne didn't get a fair shake."

Suck for Luck is happening because it was meant to be. Matt Moore, wow you just don't make stuff like this up. This is really how it's been for us for over a decade I think our time paying our dues is almost over. Believe people believe!

I thought I would never say this, but I really would be happy with 0 wins. We need a change in attitude, culture, QB and many other positions. Look at what 0 wins did for the Lions!! I am forever a fins fan but I do enjoy watching the lions play! Wish we can model our team after them

Man o man..I bet Henne pulls through it tho..He loves to dissapoint us.

How in the **** can Moore hurt our chances for Luck?

Because now this FO has to do something like sign Gerard! He is just good enough to win 6 games maybe 7 costing us first pick and worse yet gives the triflop the ability to tell Ross we battled a injury to our QB and came out winning!

It is what it is. The show must go on and by show I mean "The Andrew Luck Sweepstakes."

Andrew Luck here we come!!!

This is starting to feel like 2007 all over again. Lose a couple of close games early on, lose confidence, lose the starting QB, and the whole deck of cards collapses.

I hope they sign Devlin instead
