Dolphins Final Cuts

Glad to hear about Aikens making it. Like his versatility. Do we have an update on cuts at this point? How many more to go? Jake Rogers is still on the team?

Fox making the team is a terrible decision. A vested vet that struggled with injuries and kind of sucked in the preseason. Very questionable.

Still could be a few more cuts after if we add a few players. Fox probably at the top of that list.

There has to be a better PS squad QB out there.

My Theory is that If you have a "good" ps qb they risk getting picked up.

Which is why we brought in Quinn and Lobato. No one will pick up Lobato for sure. And chances are no one wants Quinn either.

But they both know the playbook, And if we need a qb, wE should have a choice of at least 2 without using a roster spot on them.

At least that's my theory.

So far the two biggest disappointments for me are Hazel cut and Fox making it. If w get Hazel to the PS I'll feel better. Fox might only be here till we poach someone else.

I think Hickey has found more talented players beyond merely being good fits. As an example, Ireland traded up and used a 2nd round pick on D. Thomas whereas Hickey brought in two UDFA RB's better than Thomas. Hickey at least understands not to use high draft picks on RB's. Plus, he had an excellent track record with RB's while with Tampa Bay.

And Hickey traded down twice and still snared Landry.
