Good read. I hope the Dolphins come out and lay it to the Patriots for four full quarters.

"I said to the team, it's December 15th. It's time," Philbin said Tuesday. "There's nothing to wait for. It's time to play a complete game and play as well as we can."

"We feel like we match up with anybody well, no matter who it is," receiver Mike Wallace said. "Obviously, (the Patriots are) a well-coached team, have a lot of great players. But I think we have the same in our own right.

"It's a home game. It's a battle to try and make a playoff push, so whoever gets in the way, we've got to shoot them down. "

It's amazing that the Dolphins are 4-2 since all this bullygate mess started. If the media or anybody else thought this was going to tear them apart I guess they got fooled.

That's what happens with a well coached football team

I started doubting Joe during all this stuff, but if he can get us in the playoffs, he deserves strong consideration for coach of the year.

They also blew second-half leads in five of their six losses, including Oct. 27 against the Patriots, who trailed 17-3 at halftime.

Oh we are just so close to becoming a dominant team. I think this Sunday we show everyone just how good we can be. #KillBrady

Especially after how it started, with a bad loss to TB on MNF. I though after that game we were in serious trouble, that maybe Philbin HAD lost the locker room. Things certainly seem different 5 weeks later.

Ross Tucker on Sirius NFL Radio was just naming coach of the year candidates and mentioned Joe, said that with all the Dolphins were going through, he should definitely be considered.

Imagine how we would be sitting right now if we had held on in Foxboro and hadn't dealt with bullygate.
Imagine where we'd be if Keller and Gibson stayed healthy and we didn't start the year with the o-line DOA. No telling what we would look like.

IMO I think all the drama and players going down united this team and coaches. Without all the crap we wouldn't be in the position we're in now!!!!

I think this is very possible.
